Test cycles

CA16 Create Photo

For uploading a photo you have to log in as admin and then you have to get into administration, particulary in the menu Multimedia, Photos. Then you have to click Add photo buttom. The fields that has a photo are:

  • Name (required field): it's the name of the photo.
  • Publication status (required field): you have to enter the status of your photo, it can be draft, pending or published.
  • Image (required field): the file to upload.
  • Caption: where you can write the description of your file.

Test cases

  • CA16 - Cl01. Basic success test case. Upload a photo completing all the fields. Verify that in public view is visible.
    o Name: Photo CA16-Cl01
    o Publication status: published
    o Main image: one test image with .jpg extension.
    o Caption; optional. If is not possible to complete because of selenium don't worry.
  • CA16 - Cl02. Required fields validation. Try to save a photo with empty required fields (name, publication status, image) and check that system warn us that those fields are required.
  • CA16 - Cl03. Basic error test case. Upload an invalid file (not an image archive) and check that system warn us that those fields are required.

CA17 Edit Photo

For editing photos you have to log in as admin and then you have to get into administration, particulary in the menu Multimedia, Photos. Then you have to click the photo that you want to edit. After making changes, you have to click save buttom.

Test cases

  • CA17 - Cl01. Edit name field. Create a photo and save it. Then, change its name and check that in public view it's changed
  • CA17 - Cl02. Edit status. Create a photo and save it. Then, change its status and check that in public view it's changed

CA18 Delete Photo

For deleting photos you have to log in as admin and then you have to get into administration, particulary in the menu Multimedia, Photos. Then you have to get into the photo that you want to delete. Finally you have to click in delete link.

Test cases

  • CA18 - Cl01. Delete Photo. Create a photo and delete it from its view. There will not be any selenium test for this case because it's tested in all photo cases.
  • CA18 - Cl02. Delete Photo. Create a photo and delete it from photos list.

CA19 Create Videos

For uploading a video you have to log in as admin and then you have to get into administration, particulary in the menu Multimedia, Videos. Then you have to click Add photo buttom. The fields that has a photo are:

  • Name (required field): it's the name of the photo.
  • Tags
  • Publication status (required field): you have to enter the status of your photo, it can be draft, pending or published.
  • Authors
  • Video File: the file to upload.
  • Preview image: the image that will appear at the view of your video
  • External url: The url of one video from youtube or google-video

  • CA19 - Cl01. Basic success test case. Upload a video completing all the fields. Verify that in public view is visible.
    o Name: Video CA19-Cl01
    o Publication status: published
    o Main video: one test video in flv format.
  • CA19 - Cl02. Basic success test case II. Upload a video completing all the fields. Verify that in public view is visible.
    o Name: Video CA19-Cl01
    o Publication status: published
    o Main video: one test video in url format.

  • CA19 - Cl03. Required fields validation. Try to save a video with empty required fields (name, publication status, video) and check that system warn us that those fields are required.
  • CA19 - Cl04. Basic error test case. Upload an invalid file (not an flv archive) and check that system warn us that those fields are required.

CA20 Edit Videos

  • CA24 - Cl01. Delete Audio. Create an audio and delete it from its view. It's tested in each audio test, so there's no necessary to test it in a sepparate selenium test.

CA25 Create Panoramic View

For create a Panoramic View you have to log in as admin and then you have to get into administration, particulary in the menu Multimedia, Panoramic View. Then you have to click Add Panoramic View buttom. The fields that has a Panoramic View are:

  • Name (required field): it's the name of the photo.
  • Tags
  • Publication status (required field): you have to enter the status of your photo, it can be draft, pending or published.
  • Authors
  • Preview image: the image that will appear at the view of your video
  • URL (required field):

  • CA25 - Cl01. Basic success test case. Create a Panoramic View completing all the fields. Verify that in public view is visible. o Name: Panoramic ViewCA22-Cl01 o Publication status: published o URL
  • CA25 - Cl02. Required fields validation. Try to save a Panoramic View with empty required fields (name, publication status, URl) and check that system warn us that those fields are required.
  • CA25 - Cl03. Basic error test case. Put an invalid URL and check that system warn us that those fields are required.

CA26 Edit Panoramic View

For editing Panoramic Views you have to log in as admin and then you have to get into administration, particulary in the menu Multimedia, Panoramic View. Then you have to click the Panoramic View that you want to edit. After making changes, you have to click save buttom.

  • CA26 - Cl01. Edit name field. Create a Panoramic View and save it. Then, change its name and check that in public view it's changed

CA27 Delete Panoramic View

For deleting Panoramic Views you have to log in as admin and then you have to get into administration, particulary in the menu Multimedia, Panoramic View. Then you have to get into the Panoramic View that you want to delete. Finally you have to click in delete link.

  • CA27 - Cl01. Delete Panoramic View. Create a Panoramic View and delete it from its view.
  • CA27 - Cl02. Delete Panoramic View. Create a Panoramic View and delete it from Panoramic View list.

CA28 Create Image 3D

For create an Image 3D you have to log in as admin and then you have to get into administration, particulary in the menu Multimedia, Image 3D. Then you have to click Add Image 3D buttom. The fields that has a Panoramic View are:

  • Name (required field): it's the name of the photo.
  • Tags
  • Publication status (required field): you have to enter the status of your photo, it can be draft, pending or published.
  • Authors
  • Image (required field): your image to upload.

  • CA28 - Cl01. Basic success test case. Create an Image 3D completing all the fields. Verify that in public view is visible. o Name: Image 3D CA22-Cl01 o Publication status: published o Image: the file you want to upload, must be in swf format
  • CA28 - Cl02. Required fields validation. Try to save an Image 3D with empty required fields (name, publication status, image) and check that system warn us that those fields are required.
  • CA28 - Cl03. Basic error test case. Put an invalid format and check that system warn us that those fields are required.

CA29 Edit Image 3D

For editing Image 3D you have to log in as admin and then you have to get into administration, particulary in the menu Multimedia, Image 3D. Then you have to click the Image 3D that you want to edit. After making changes, you have to click save buttom.

  • CA29 - Cl01. Edit name field. Create an Image 3D and save it. Then, change its name and check that in public view it's changed

CA30 Delete Image 3D

For deleting Image 3D you have to log in as admin and then you have to get into administration, particulary in the menu Multimedia, Image 3D. Then you have to get into the Image 3D that you want to delete. Finally you have to click in delete link.

Test cases

  • CA30 - Cl01. Delete Image 3D. Create an Image 3D and delete it from its view. There will be no selenium test for this case because it's included in all the 3D image cases.
  • CA30 - Cl02. Delete Image 3D. Create an Image 3D and delete it from Image 3D list.
